The challenge
Orders arrived across EDI feeds, buyer emails, and marketplaces, and each one was retyped by hand into the ERP. Stockouts surprised no one but still happened, and freight was negotiated across endless broker email threads — a small team losing most of its day to data entry.
What we built
Nekton reads every incoming order into one structured PO, validates and enters it automatically, projects inventory for each SKU and drafts a supplier PO when a balance goes negative, then collects broker quotes into one comparable list and books the winner. Every step surfaces as a decision in a single dashboard.
